The mission
I built a browser right-click flow for selected text: the extension's background script calls a Flask endpoint and the content script shows loading, result or error feedback in the page. The backend asks Gemini 2.5 Flash for a structured label, summary and supporting URL, then attempts to persist the result.
Implementation scope: 1 browser-to-API workflow and 7 result categories defined in the prompt. This is an AI-assisted warning tool, not a validated truth engine; the repository does not provide an accuracy benchmark.
Role: Built the Manifest V3 selection/context-menu interaction and its Flask/Gemini API flow.
